The staff was very kind and professional. We had a great view on Plaza Dante Alighieri square with is San Nicolo' Church (world heritage site) from the balcony of our room. Nice bathroom with the shower. The place was very tranquil at night and the bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast served in the bar of the palace. I' ll surely get back!!
